용산 골목 안쪽에 숨어있는 브런치 맛집 바통 밀카페 빵부터 드레싱까지 전부 매장에서 직접 만들어요. 주말에 갔더니 조금 안내가 정신없이 바쁜 분위기랑 느낌을 받았어요...!

시그니처 팝오버 팬케이크는 독특했어요. 빵이 부풀어 오른 게 그릇처럼 되어있는데 위에 치즈랑 프로슈토가 올라가요. 짭짤하고 고소한 맛이 한 입에 같이 온 메뉴.

바통 클럽 샌드위치도 브리오슈 번이 도톰하고 달걀 프라이가 올라가 있어서 든든하게 먹기 좋아요. 오늘의 스프는 매일 달라지는데 바게트 찍어 먹으면 꿀조합이더라구요.

Baton Meal Cafe is tucked into a Yongsan side street and makes everything from its bread to its dressings in house. The weekend visit felt busy and the guidance was slightly hectic, which matched the line forming before opening.

The signature popover pancake rises into a bowl-like shape and comes topped with cheese and prosciutto, bringing salty and nutty flavors together in each bite. The thick brioche club sandwich with a fried egg is filling, while the changing daily soup is particularly good with baguette for dipping.
